Nothing can bit the taste of a proper Greek Salad. This was my dinner for tonight. And it is probably the best dish for the summer. Simple, easy to make and very tasty.
Ingredients:
2 Beef tomatoes
½ cucumber
1 medium sized onion
10 Kalamata Olives
A bunch of parsley
100gr feta cheese
Oregano
Salt
Olive Oil
Cut your tomato and your cucumber into slices, as well as the onion. Add them in your plate and then on top add your olives, the parsley and the cheese. Season the salad with ½ teaspoon of oregano, ¼ teaspoon of salt and half a cup of olive oil. Mix everything together and you are good to go!
